Job Responsibilities
* Visit salons, spas, and beauty centers to introduce our recruitment services.
* Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Follow up with potential clients and close sales.
* Prepare daily sales reports and update client records.
* Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
* Previous outdoor sales experience (experience in the beauty or recruitment industry is an advantage).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Must own a car and hold a valid driving license.
* Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
