Position: Psychologist – Human Resources & Employee Welfare
General Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychologist to support Human Resources functions, employee wellbeing initiatives, worker welfare programs, and organizational development activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from an accredited university.
• Professional license/certification in Psychology (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Welfare, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Experience in employee counseling, wellbeing programs, and workplace mental health initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement, behavioral assessment, and organizational psychology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, counseling, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
• Good understanding of labor laws, workplace ethics, and employee welfare standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities
• Provide psychological support, counseling, and guidance to employees as needed.
• Develop and implement employee wellbeing and mental health awareness programs.
• Support worker welfare initiatives, including accommodation, wellbeing, engagement, and grievance mechanisms.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement actions.
• Assist in employee relations matters and workplace conflict resolution.
• Support recruitment, behavioral interviews, and employee assessments.
• Participate in training, coaching, and career development programs.
• Promote a positive workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.
• Monitor employee welfare concerns and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
• Coordinate wellness campaigns, awareness sessions, and employee assistance programs.
• Support compliance with worker welfare requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or project-based organizations.
• Knowledge of worker welfare standards, employee engagement programs, and grievance management systems.
• Experience conducting wellbeing assessments and mental health awareness campaigns.
• Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, social responsibility, or worker welfare audit requirements is an advantage.
