Civil Site Engineer / Foreman / Draftsman

I've spent the last 12 years on construction sites back in Pakistan as a Project Manager, Site Engineer, and even teaching civil engineering for a while. I've worked government projects, military sites, and private developments, so I've seen how construction gets done in very different environments.
Now I'm in Abu Dhabi, holding a valid UAE residence visa, and ready to start immediately.
What I bring to a site:
✅ Hands-on site supervision — I don't just manage from a desk.
✅ Foreman-level leadership, keeping crews and schedules on track.
✅ AutoCAD drafting and shop drawings
✅ Bar bending schedules and RCC structural work.
✅ Quantity surveying, BOQs, and progress valuations.
✅ Handling variation orders without losing the project's momentum.
I'm not new to construction — just new to this city. Looking for a team that needs someone who already knows how to get things built.
