Your Room: You will get 1 full private room. It is already fitted with an AC, fan, and lights.
Shared Areas: Clean and common Kitchen and Bathroom.
Our Preference: We love cleanliness and expect the flatmate to keep the place neat and clean.
Flat Environment: Only me and my father live in the second room. It is a very peaceful and quiet home.
Building Safety & Security:
There are only 2 flats in the entire building.
The main entrance door at the bottom is always locked for high safety.
Only the flat residents have the key. No outside people can access the building.
