Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services to clients including Swedish, Thai, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Hot Stone massage as required.
- Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with company standards, hygiene protocols, and client comfort.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment in the treatment rooms at all times.
- Conduct client consultations before each session to understand needs, preferences, and any health conditions.
- Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness packages to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures as per KSA health regulations.
- Maintain client records with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist in inventory management of oils, lotions, towels, and other spa supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client retention through a positive experience.
- Adhere to company policies, dress code, and professional conduct at all times.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa/wellness center.
- Certified in massage therapy from a recognized institute. Certification is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Must be able to follow safety and hygiene standards.
