I have successfully completed Highfield HACCP Level 4 (Catering) and Food Safety Level 3 certifications, which have strengthened my knowledge of international food safety standards and best practices.

Currently, I am working as a Food Safety and Hygiene Officer with Modern Era Catering in NEOM, Duba, Saudi Arabia. In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, company standards, and HACCP requirements across catering operations.

My key responsibilities include:

Implementing and monitoring HACCP systems and prerequisite programs (PRPs).
Conducting daily food safety and hygiene inspections in production and kitchen areas.
Monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintaining food safety records.
Performing internal audits and ensuring compliance with SFDA requirements.
Conducting staff training on food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, allergen awareness, and HACCP principles.
Monitoring receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, cooling, and food distribution processes.
Ensuring proper temperature monitoring of chillers, freezers, hot holding, and cold holding equipment.
Investigating customer complaints and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Preparing food safety reports, audit reports, inspection reports, and documentation.
Verifying cleaning and sanitation activities to maintain high hygiene standards.
Monitoring pest control activities and ensuring effective preventive measures.
Inspecting suppliers' deliveries and verifying product quality and food safety requirements.
Coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve food safety-related equipment issues.
Ensuring staff compliance with PPE requirements and personal hygiene policies.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food quality and operational excellence.
