We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Building Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will lave a strong background in building construction projects, MEP electrical systems, and client account coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage electrical works for building construction projects.
* Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and project teams.
* Ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Monitor project progress, testing, commissioning, and project completion.
* Prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
* Follow up with clients on payment collections.
* Monitor account receivables and ensure timely payment follow-up.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction or MEP projects.
* Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-current systems.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Previous GCC experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage client relationships and support payment collection processes.
