KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Coordinate and manage daily riding lessons and training schedules.
- Handle client bookings, registrations, and inquiries.
- Communicate with riders, parents, and coaches to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage lesson schedules and maintain accurate booking records.
- Provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
- Assist with the coordination of training activities and events.
REQUIREMENTS -
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
- Interest or experience in the equestrian industry is a plus.
PREFERRED CANDIDATES -
- Female candidates.
- Native or fluent Arabic speakers.
- Preferred candidates from Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Morocco, Egypt, Eritrea, or Ethiopia with native or fluent Arabic language skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
