⏭China Railway 18 Bureau is looking for a highly experienced Project Control Manager to join our team for prestigious High-Rise Building and 4 & 5-Star Hotel Projects.
👍⏭Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 20+ years of construction industry experience.
At least 80% of the candidate's total professional experience must be in High-Rise Building and 4 & 5-Star Hotel projects.
Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and project reporting.
Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project control systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
⏭Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
Establish and manage project control systems for planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance measurement.
Monitor project progress against approved baselines and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, executive dashboards, and project performance analyses.
Conduct schedule analysis, critical path evaluations, and delay impact assessments.
Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and earned value performance.
Review contractors' schedules, recovery plans, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and productivity reports.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project milestones, and company standards.
