A well-established contracting company specializing in the fit-out and finishing of cafés, restaurants, offices, and salons is looking for experienced professionals to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking reliable and highly motivated candidates with strong site experience who take pride in quality workmanship, follow project specifications carefully, and work efficiently within professional fit-out project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and execute fit-out and finishing works in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other trades
• Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and site productivity
• Ensure all works are completed according to the approved schedule and required quality standards
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
• Maintain safety standards and organized work areas on site
• Support project inspections, snagging, and final handover
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fit-out and finishing projects
• Proven experience in cafés, restaurants, offices, and salons
• Strong knowledge of site execution, coordination, and finishing works
• Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Candidates without relevant fit-out experience will not be considered
• Must be available to work in Riyadh
