Position: React & Next.js Full-Stack Engineer

Work arrangement: Full-time, remote within Bangladesh

Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, with at least four working hours overlapping with Saudi Arabia business hours

Salary: BDT 35,000–70,000 per month, based on demonstrated ability

Initial probation: Three months, paid

Start date: As soon as mutually agreed

About the company
We are developing a private AI-agent platform for companies that need to keep their documents, conversations and systems inside their own infrastructure.

You will build the user and administrative interfaces used by employees and IT administrators.

What you will do
• Build the application interface using React, TypeScript and Next.js.
• Build a high-quality AI chat interface with streamed responses.
• Display citations and source-document passages.
• Build document-upload and management screens.
• Build user, group and role-management screens.
• Build human-approval workflows for agent actions.
• Build audit-log and system-status dashboards.
• Integrate frontend screens with Python REST APIs.
• Implement authentication and permission-aware interfaces.
• Write front-end tests.
• Build reusable components and document the interface.

Required experience
• One and a half to three years of professional frontend or full-stack experience.
• Strong React and JavaScript knowledge.
• Working TypeScript knowledge.
• Experience with Next.js or a similar React framework.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with authentication and protected routes.
• Good HTML and CSS skills.
• Git experience.
• Basic automated-testing experience.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred experience
• Tailwind CSS or established component libraries.
• Streamed API responses or WebSockets.
• SaaS dashboards.
• File uploads and document previews.
• Tables, filtering and pagination.
• Role-based interfaces.
• Docker.
• Basic Python, FastAPI or Node.js backend experience.
• Playwright, Cypress, Vitest or Jest.
AI or machine-learning experience is not required.

Selection process

4. Small paid interface assignment.

6. Three-month paid probation.
The paid task will involve connecting a simple React interface to a supplied API. It will not require building our commercial product.
