Work arrangement: Remote contract
Expected commitment: Approximately 20–30 hours per month
Compensation: BDT 60,000–100,000 per month, depending on experience and agreed hours
Contract period: Initial three months, renewable
Location: Bangladesh preferred, but qualified candidates from other countries may apply
About the company
We are building a secure enterprise AI-agent platform that runs on customer-controlled servers. We need a senior architect to guide a small development team and review architecture, security, deployment and production readiness.
This is an active advisory role. We require written deliverables, code reviews and technical decisions—not general consultation only.
What you will do
• Review the complete product architecture.
• Guide local LLM serving and GPU deployment decisions.
• Review RAG, agent orchestration and tool-security designs.
• Review important pull requests.
• Define deployment, release and rollback procedures.
• Define secrets-management and access-control standards.
• Review Docker and future Kubernetes architecture.
• Define monitoring, backup and recovery requirements.
• Conduct performance and capacity reviews.
• Mentor the primary Python engineer.
• Participate in technical hiring where necessary.
• Approve or reject customer-production readiness.
Required experience
• At least five years of backend, platform, DevOps or infrastructure experience.
• At least two years owning production-system architecture.
• Strong Linux and Docker experience.
• Strong CI/CD and networking fundamentals.
• PostgreSQL and production-database experience.
• Security and secrets-management knowledge.
• Monitoring, logging and incident-response experience.
• Experience reviewing engineers’ code and architecture.
• Strong written and spoken English.
You must have demonstrated experience in at least three of the following:
• Local LLM inference.
• GPU model serving.
• vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, llama.cpp or Ollama.
• Kubernetes.
• RAG architecture.
• Identity and access management.
• Air-gapped or on-premises deployment.
• Infrastructure as code.
• Enterprise backup and recovery.
• Observability.
Required monthly deliverables
• Weekly architecture or code-review session.
• Written architecture decisions.
• Review of security-sensitive changes.
• Monthly performance and capacity report.
• Updated deployment and recovery checklist.
• Written production-readiness assessment.
• Documented engineering risks and recommended actions.

Selection process
