Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior design and carpentry activities.
Manage and coordinate the carpentry team on-site and in the workshop.
Ensure all work is completed according to design drawings and project specifications.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Plan daily tasks and allocate work efficiently among team members.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project managers when required.
Inspect completed work and resolve any quality issues.
Ensure workplace safety and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Track project progress and submit regular updates to management.
Assist in material planning and inventory management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within interior design, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out projects.
Experience supervising carpenters and installation teams.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and furniture designs.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Valid driving license is preferred.
