Saudi Arabia Base Leading Company Is Hiring Electric Forklift Operator

An Electric Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating electric-powered forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials within warehouses, factories, distribution centers, and logistics facilities. The operator ensures efficient material handling while following company safety procedures and maintaining productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate electric forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials.
Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
Stack and arrange pallets according to warehouse procedures.
Pick, move, and deliver materials to designated production or storage locations.
Perform daily pre-operation inspections of the forklift, including battery, brakes, steering, forks, tires, horn, and lights.
Charge and maintain forklift batteries as per company guidelines.
Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements immediately.
Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage.
Verify quantities and product labels before moving materials.
Maintain accurate inventory movement records using warehouse systems or handheld scanners.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices where applicable.
Keep warehouse aisles and work areas clean and free from hazards.
Comply with company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Assist with general warehouse duties when forklift operations are not required.
Support stock counting and inventory audits as assigned.
Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily operational targets.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator License/Certification.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating electric forklifts.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Ability to read and understand basic English instructions (Arabic is an advantage in Saudi Arabia).
Physically fit and able to lift materials when required.

Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures depending on the facility.
Safety Responsibilities
Conduct pre-shift forklift safety inspections.
Never exceed the forklift's rated load capacity.
Follow designated travel routes and speed limits.
Sound the horn at intersections and blind corners.
Ensure loads are stable and securely positioned before transport.
Park forklifts safely with forks lowered when not in use.
Immediately report accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions.
Comply with all company and local occupational safety regulations.
