Job Title:Sales Manager– Oil & Gas
Department:Sales & Tendering

DUTIES PREFORMED :
1. Sales Leadership & Business Development

Develop and execute annual sales strategy for Oil & Gas sector.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with major Oil & Gas EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure maximum opportunity conversion.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Review and approve major quotations and proposals before submission..

2. Strategic Account Management

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and international EPC contractors.
- Establish long-term account development plans.
- Conduct executive-level customer meetings.
- Resolve commercial issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer requirements and future projects.

3. Reporting & Market Intelligence

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and business reports.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain updated customer and project databases.
- Present sales performance reports to management.

4. Financial Management

Ensure achievement of sales and profit targets.
- Monitor project margins and pricing strategies.
- Support collection activities and payment follow-up when required.
- Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure commercial compliance with company objectives.

5. Operational Excellence

Coordinate closely with engineering, estimation, project management, and procurement departments.
- Organize technical presentations, customer workshops.
- Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to support business growth.

Industry / Domain:-

Oil & Gas / Electrical Equipment Manufacturing / MV & LV Switchgear and Power Distribution Solutions / Industrial Solutions.


Experience:
o Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial, Electrification (MV SWGR & LV panels)
o Proven track record in securing major projects and achieving revenue targets.
o Experience dealing with Oil & Gas EPC contractors, and consultants.

Education and Certification Minimum Requirements:-

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Job Specific Technical Skills:-

• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry business practices.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, automation, control systems, or industrial solutions.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and forecasts.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (oral and written).
• Knowledge of ANSI, NEMA, IEC, IEEE, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and major EPC specifications is preferred.
