*Responsibilities:*
- Operate POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and balance cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with inquiries and product information
*Requirements:*
- Good communication skills
- Arabic language is required
- Basic computer and math skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Honest, reliable, and able to work in shifts
