1.PUNCHING IN DEDICATED BRANCHES 9.30AM
2.CALLING/MEETING 30 CUSTOMERS DAILY
3.GIVE THE BEST PRICE IF THEY CUSTOMER IS BUYING MORETHAN 10 PCS.
4.EVERYDAY SHOULD BE ACHIEVING 200 BD TO 250 BD SALES
5.CONTACT 3 NEW CUSTOMERS DAILY

EXPECTATIONS

Assist Customers
Greet customers professionally.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, or online.
Generate Sales
Promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell related products.
Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, prices, and promotions.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
Prepare Quotations and Orders
Prepare sales quotations and invoices.
Process customer orders accurately.
Coordinate with the warehouse or delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory Support
Monitor stock availability.
Inform customers about product availability and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the inventory or purchasing department when stock is low.
Sales Documentation
Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
Update customer databases and sales reports.
Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies.
Store and Showroom Maintenance
Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
Communication and Coordination
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, accounts, and logistics departments.
Report sales performance and customer feedback to management.
Achieve Performance Goals
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and business growth.

2. CHECKING THE NEW PRODUCTS IN THE MARKETS
3.SEND THE PRODUCTS WHICH IS TRENDY AND WE DON’T HAVE IN THE INQUIRY GROUP
4.CHECK THE STOCK LIST CATEGORY WISE WHEN IN THE SHOP
5. QUALITY CHECKING OF THE NEW ARRIVALS AND GIVING FEEDBACK
6.MAINATIN THE ASSTES OF THE COMPANY PROPERLY IF DAMAGED HE HAS TO PAY THE DAMAGES (VEHICHAL,SAMPLES,MOBIL,TAB AND LAPTOP)
