Key Responsibilities
* Source residential, commercial, industrial, and other rental properties.
* Build and maintain relationships with property owners and landlords.
* Market available properties and identify suitable tenants.
* Arrange property viewings and assist in the leasing process.
* Follow up with property owners and prospective tenants to facilitate successful rental transactions.
Trial Period
The successful candidate will undergo a three-month evaluation period, during which they will be assigned one or two properties to demonstrate their ability to source tenants, manage enquiries, and successfully complete leasing transactions.
Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and commitment during the evaluation period will be considered for:
* A full-time position within the company.
* Company-sponsored real estate training.
* The opportunity to become a licensed real estate broker.
* A salaried employment contract, subject to successful completion of the evaluation period.
Requirements
* Fluent in English and Hindi.
* Arabic is an advantage.
* Must own a car and hold a valid driving licence.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
* Flexible working hours.
* Weekend work may occasionally be required based on business needs.
Compensation
