Chef – Multi-Concept Restaurant Group
📍 Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (Dammam / Khobar)
We're looking for an experienced Chef to oversee and develop the kitchens across our restaurants , with room to grow into future F&B ventures.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full kitchen operations across all branches, ensuring consistent quality and standards
Develop and test new menu items in line with each concept's identity
Calculate and manage food cost, linking it directly to pricing and profitability
Manage inventory, purchasing, and waste control
Train and develop kitchen teams; establish standardized SOPs across locations
Support new F&B projects from concept through launch

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience managing multi-branch kitchens or restaurant operations
Strong knowledge across multiple cuisines (Western, Asian, healthy/bowl concepts) is a plus
Solid understanding of food cost calculation and Food Cost %
Creative mindset for menu innovation and development
Strong leadership skills, able to manage teams across multiple sites
Commitment to food safety standards (HACCP / municipality regulations)
