Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales by introducing new products based on customer requirements and market demand.
• Develop sales opportunities and contribute to achieving company sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fresh produce, market trends, pricing, and product availability.
• Understand the dynamics of the fresh produce market and respond promptly to changing customer needs and market conditions.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in sales coordination, sales, or the fresh produce industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active, dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of the fresh produce business and customer requirements.
• Should have good knowledge in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email, and other office applications.
• Good numerical and basic mathematical skills.
