 Reviewed project specifications, IFC/shop drawings and approved submittals to ensure full compliance
with standards and client requirements.
 Ensure all mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications and
applicable codes and standards.
 Conducted QA/QC inspections for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems across large-scale
residential and industrial projects.
 Inspected refrigerant piping as per ANSI and ductwork per SMACNA, and mechanical equipment
installations (AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV units, pumps, and cooling towers).
 Prepared MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, PQP, ITP, and complete QC documentation
 Ensure HVAC, plumbing and firefighting installations are clash free as per drawings, and all the
necessary duct and piping accessories placed correctly
 Performed site inspections as per ITPs, method of statements, and project specific QA/QC procedures
 Raise NCRs for any non-conforming work and follow up to ensure proper corrective actions and closure
 Verified that materials received on site are correct, undamaged and approved for use before installation.
 Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, subcontractors and client representatives to resolve quality
issues and schedule inspections.
 Monitor site progress and ensured work completion as per project schedules
 Monitor duct installations, air balancing and leakage testing as per standards.
 Assisted in the review and coordination of hydrostatic testing activities for chilled water, domestic
water, and firefighting piping systems in accordance with project specifications and approved
procedures.
 Participated in the inspection and verification of pressure testing, flushing, and testing records to ensure
compliance with QA/QC requirements.
 Supervised the installation of chilled water piping, ducting, insulation, and equipment installations
 Inspected piping and ductwork supports, hangers sleeves and penetrations to verify compliance with
approved drawings, specifications, and installation standards.
 Monitored duct installation quality and reviewed duct smoke leakage test reports to verify compliance
with project specification and applicable standards.
 Ensure all inspection tools and test equipment were calibrated and used according to project
requirements.
