China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking experienced and highly motivated Quantity Surveyors to join our prestigious construction projects.
Position
✔Quantity Surveyor – Civil
✔Quantity Surveyor – Architecture
✔Quantity Surveyor – Electrical
✔Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical
⏭Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
✅ Minimum 8+ years of professional experience.
✅ At least 80% of your total experience must be in High-Rise Building Projects.
✅ Mandatory experience in 4-Star and/or 5-Star Hotel projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, contract administration, and project cost control.
✅ Ability to review drawings, specifications, and manage variations and claims.
⚠️ Important:
Candidates without High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel experience will NOT be considered. Please do not submit your CV if you do not meet these mandatory requirements.
✔Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports.
Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.
Prepare and evaluate interim payment applications and final accounts.
Assist in contract administration and claims management.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Prepare cost reports and support project cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
