Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to brand standards.
* Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and workstations.
* Handle customer orders and payments accurately.
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
* Work collaboratively with the team to provide an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café, coffee shop, or similar hospitality environment.
* Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
* Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
