- Preparing & developing architectural idea & Design for the projects.
- prepare of detaild architectural plans, drawings use software - autocad, revit, sketchup
- Review modifications and up date plans as per project, and follow up with Client requirements and transfering to partial design solution.
- Compliance with approval codes and technical requirements, building system design: Analyze, design and integrate structural , mechanical, electrical and plumbing MEP.
Responsibilities :-
- Drafts & Molding : Generate details of blueprints, 3D model and construction documents using Auto CAD & BIM software ( e,g. Auto CAD, REvit)
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure all building plan s and physical structures operate safety and comply with local environmental and building regulations.
- Cross - Dunctional Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors and Clients to ensure project requirement, timeline and Budget are met.
- Project Oversight: Conduct site visits, troubleshoot on site design problems and reviews shop drawings and equipment sumittals.
