1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing, industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or process plants.
2. Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) for planning, scheduling, execution, and maintenance reporting.
3. Excellent knowledge of mechanical equipment including pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, rotating equipment, heat exchangers, valves, and other plant machinery.
4. Ability to evaluate the condition and remaining service life of plant equipment through inspections, maintenance history, failure analysis, and reliability assessments.
5. Capable of developing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
6. Strong understanding of root cause analysis (RCA), reliability engineering, and maintenance best practices.
7. Experience in planning shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.
