Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
