Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
Handle HR administrative tasks, including contracts, leave management, attendance, and employee requests.
Process employee onboarding, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding.

Coordinate with government entities and ensure timely compliance with local regulations.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
Requirements:
Female candidate currently based in Jeddah
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (Oral & Written)
Highly organized, confidential, and able to work independently.
Experience of handling employee relations and HR compliance.
Knowledge of visa, Iqama, and employment-related procedures.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
