Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of cakes, including sponge, chocolate, fresh cream, cheesecake, birthday, wedding, and customised celebration cakes.
- Handle cake decoration, icing, frosting, piping, and fondant work.
- Prepare pastries, desserts, and savoury bakery items.
- Make sandwiches, rolls, samosas, pakoras, patties, and other Pakistani/Indian-style snacks.
- Maintain consistent quality, hygiene, and presentation while controlling wastage.
Requirements:
- Relevant bakery, café, or restaurant experience.
- Strong cake baking and decorating skills, with a portfolio of previous work.
- Experience preparing desi-style snacks.
- Valid transferable Iqama and immediate availability.
