Mastering the use of Infor Enterprise Resource Planning and Document Management Systems, my expertise lies in enhancing supply chain operations, ensuring timeliness, and upholding rigorous HSE standards.
• Responsible for all project material control activities to support execution of project schedules.
• Manage overall functions of warehouse and materials
operations including the implementation of work instructions
and systems.
• Establish and supervise production scheduling activities by monitoring material inventories, tracking progress of production and reviewing factors that affect schedules.
• Preparation of material reconciliation plan, surplus materials, and inventory control.
• Tracking and maintaining material scope changes of
mechanical items for piping and its effect on the overall
project.
• Developing materials Plan vs Actual schedules, manpower and equipment schedules for materials receiving, delivering and logistics. Map & quantify material requirements post detailed study of
IFC drawings as provided by the designer and requisition the same from client, supported by adequate calculation/justification.
• To ensure the materials are track & monitored as per project requirement and schedule.
