• Perform routine health checks, configuration audits, and firmware/software updates to ensure network stability and uptime
• Troubleshoot tunnel drops, routing issues, and controller connectivity failures using CLI diagnostics, packet captures, and vManage dashboards
• Identify and resolve root causes of network disruptions to minimize downtime and service impact
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex SD-WAN or routing incidents or disconnection issues
• Document recurring issues and maintain updated network topology and troubleshooting records
