Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and Baladiya-qualified caterers to join our team. Candidates must hold a valid municipality (Baladiya) food handling/health certificate and have hands-on experience in commercial or event catering.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food in compliance with municipal health and safety regulations
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in food preparation areas
Handle food storage, portioning, and presentation for events/daily operations
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely delivery
Ensure all food safety documentation and certifications remain valid
Requirements:
Valid Baladiya (municipality) health/food safety certificate — mandatory
1+ years of experience in catering/food service
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
Ability to work under pressure during events/peak hours
Iqama with transferable/valid status []if applicable]
Basic English/Hindi communication skills
