CIVIL SITE ENGINEER / PROJECT SUPERVISOR

We need 5 to 6 years of experience in the petrochemical plant field, with extensive experience as a CIVIL SITE ENGINEER / PROJECT SUPERVISOR. The following candidate should possess the following requirements.

1. Updated CV
2. Degree Certificate
3. SCE Membership (VALID)
4. Work Experience Record

Core responsibilities typically fall into the following key areas:

1. Technical Execution & Surveying Setting out works: Plotting precise lines, levels, and coordinates on the site based on architectural and structural drawings.

Drawing interpretation: Reading and understanding engineering plans to ensure the workforce follows structural specifications.

Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Inspecting structural elements (e.g., steel rebar frameworks, formwork) before and during concrete pouring to ensure structural integrity and compliance.

2. Project Management & Administration Progress tracking: Preparing detailed daily and weekly site reports to document progress, material usage, and delays.

Resource management: Calculating material quantities, creating bar-bending schedules, and ensuring a steady supply of resources (labor, machinery, and materials) to avoid downtime.

Scheduling: Assisting project managers in maintaining and adjusting work activity timelines.

3. Safety & Compliance Health & Safety (HSE): Enforcing personal protective equipment (PPE) rules, inspecting excavations and scaffolding, and mitigating hazards to ensure the well-being of all site personnel.

4. Communication & Coordination Liaison: Serving as the central point of contact between architects, upper management, subcontractors, clients, and laborers.Technical troubleshooting: Resolving on-site technical issues and design discrepancies in real time.
