Position:
Cold Calling Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients
Explain course details and respond to inquiries in both English and Arabic
Maintain accurate call records and follow up with interested leads
Identify mature inquiries and guide them through the registration process
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth communication and lead conversion
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service
Strong speaking, communication, and persuasion skills
Ability to handle inquiries professionally and confidently
Must be currently residing in Riyadh
