Currently, I am working as an Electrical Lead Engineer with Shandong Tiejun Electric Power Company
Limited on Red Sea Global projects, where I lead multi-site electrical engineering activities including design
review, installation, testing, commissioning, QA/QC compliance, and project coordination for critical
infrastructure assets. My experience includes MV/LV systems, RMUs, transformers, switchgear,
substations, SCADA systems, and permanent utility deployments in accordance with SEC, SASO, IEC,
NEC, IEEE, and RSG standards.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed end-to-end electrical project execution, including
FAT/SAT inspections, material verification, technical submittals, energization activities, commissioning
procedures, and contractor/vendor coordination. I possess strong expertise in testing and commissioning
activities such as Hi-Pot testing, insulation resistance testing, relay coordination, fault diagnosis, and utility
integration works.
Previously, I worked with SEPCO III on MARAFIQ Red Sea power distribution projects, where I executed
MV/LV utility installations, testing, and commissioning activities while coordinating with consultants and
stakeholders to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Additionally, my renewable energy background
includes successful execution and commissioning of utility-scale solar PV and hybrid energy systems with
high operational efficiency.
My technical proficiency includes AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, Primavera P6, Aconex, SCADA systems, and
project documentation management. I am also certified in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
and hold approvals from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and
Red Sea Global (RSG).
