1. *No Salary Payment*: EDC does not pay salaries on time.
2. *Pattern of Release*: Staff are kept for 2-3 months and released right before the first salary is due.
3. *Immediate Replacement*: After releasing staff, EDC mobilizes new people for the same roles – QC, Safety, Permit Receiver, Surveyor, etc.
4. *Pending Dues*: Myself and other colleagues still have *2 months salary pending* with EDC.
