Service Team Leader (Automotive Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate repair and maintenance tasks, coordinate job schedules, and monitor work progress to ensure vehicles are serviced on time.
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs while assisting junior technicians with challenging mechanical and electrical faults.
- Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets safety regulations and dealership or manufacturer quality standards.
- Train new staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative, high-performing workshop environment.
- Liaise with Service Advisors and customers to explain technical issues, discuss repair options, and ensure satisfaction.
