A leading MEP Engineering & Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Project Manager – MEP to lead end-to-end Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC projects across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage complete MEP project execution from planning to commissioning and handover.
• Act as the single point of contact for all MEP disciplines, including Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, IS Standards, and other applicable regulations.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.
• Drive QA/QC and HSE compliance across project sites.
• Prepare project progress reports, MIS, and risk mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• M.Tech or MBA in Project Management will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project execution.
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager or Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Experience with commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, MEP contractors, or real estate developers will be preferred.
