We are looking for a CNC Programmer / CAD Operator to join our team.
This role is focused on the technical and programming side of CNC woodworking. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of woodworking manufacturing, joinery, and factory production processes, with the ability to prepare and optimize files for CNC machining.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in CNC programming or CAD within the woodworking industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with other CNC/CAM software is an advantage).
- Good understanding of woodworking, joinery, cabinetry, and furniture manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CNC machining processes and production workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prepare accurate machining files.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the production and factory teams.
