China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking an experienced QA Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in high-rise building construction and 4- & 5-star hotel projects.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 15+ years of construction experience.
At least 80% of total career experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Proven experience in 4- & 5-star hotel construction is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO 9001, inspection procedures, and construction quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the project's Quality Assurance Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable international standards.
Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
Monitor quality performance and conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
Lead the management of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and preventive actions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved standards and project requirements.
Prepare quality reports and present quality performance updates to project management.
Mentor and supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors to maintain the highest quality standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the project.
