China Railway 18 Bureau is looking for a highly experienced QC Manager to join our construction team. We are seeking a quality professional with extensive expertise in high-rise building construction and 4- & 5-star hotel projects.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 15+ years of experience in building construction.
At least 80% of total career experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Proven experience in 4- & 5-star hotel construction is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection processes, international construction standards, and quality documentation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Important:
Candidates without proven high-rise building and 4- & 5-star hotel project experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all Quality Control (QC) activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all construction works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
Review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality inspection procedures.
Supervise QC engineers and inspectors to ensure effective site inspections and testing.
Monitor material inspections, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved standards.
Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
Identify quality issues proactively and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Prepare periodic quality reports and provide updates to project management.
