China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking a highly experienced MEP QC Manager to join our construction team. We are looking for a qualified professional with extensive experience in high-rise building construction and 4- & 5-star hotel projects to ensure the highest standards of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) quality throughout the project.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP construction and Quality Control.
At least 80% of total career experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Proven experience in 4- & 5-star hotel construction is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of MEP quality standards, inspection procedures, testing and commissioning, and international codes and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Important:
Candidates without proven high-rise building and 4- & 5-star hotel project experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all MEP Quality Control activities for the project.
Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications, approved drawings, contract requirements, and applicable international standards.
Review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures for MEP works.
Supervise MEP QC engineers and inspectors to ensure quality inspections are carried out effectively.
Monitor inspections for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and other MEP systems.
Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and testing & commissioning teams.
Review material inspections, shop drawings, technical submittals, and quality documentation.
Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution.
Verify testing, commissioning, and handover documentation to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
Prepare quality reports and provide regular updates to project management.
