Key Responsibilities:
Perform assigned production and finishing activities according to drawings and work instructions.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and product quality.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the relevant trade.
Experience in manufacturing, precast concrete, GRC/GFRC, UHPC, or construction projects is preferred.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
