Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor structural, RCC, concrete, architectural, and finishing works at project sites.
• Review and interpret structural, architectural, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and MEP teams for smooth project execution.
• Identify design conflicts, technical issues, and construction challenges and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure all construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
• Lead, supervise, and manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and workforce for efficient project delivery.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and provide regular updates to project management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety regulations, and environmental requirements at the construction site.
• Coordinate material approvals, inspections, method statements, RFIs, and work permits.
• Perform quantity take-offs, material reconciliation, and contractor billing verification.
• Maintain quality control procedures and ensure successful completion of inspections and testing activities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to achieve project objectives within budget and timeline constraints.
• Make timely decisions to resolve site issues and maintain construction.
