Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all crusher plant operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Monitor plant performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage plant manpower, scheduling, and operational resources.
Prepare operational reports and monitor production KPIs.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in crusher plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Strong knowledge of crushing equipment, plant maintenance, and production planning.
-Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Experience in the aggregates, quarry, or construction materials industry is preferred.
