SEC Approved HSE Officer

I am writing to express my interest in the HSE Engineer position. I have experience 7 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management within construction and infrastructure projects, including overhead transmission line (OHTL), Underground Cable and Substation Projects.

I'm registered in Saudi Council of Engineers as an Engineer. I have NVQ Level 6 as well as NEBOSH IGC certification. I have vast experience of Safety Auditing and have Iso 45001 Lead Auditor Certification as well. Other Certifications including First Aid/CPR certification from Saudi German Hospital.

My background includes conducting site inspections, risk assessments, permit-to-work management, incident investigations, safety training, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. I am committed to promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining the highest HSE standards on project sites.
