Piling QA/QC:
•​ Conducted all piling inspections per the approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP), including concrete arrival inspections
for slump, temperature, and workability per ACI/ASTM standards.
•​ Issued Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinated with the consultant for steel cage inspections prior to concrete
pour.
•​ Inspected soil strata during boring operations and maintained bore pile record sheets as part of the QA/QC
documentation package.
•​ Planned, executed, and managed complete pile testing programs including Static Load, Dynamic Load, Pile
Integrity, Lateral, and Sonic Logging tests, and prepared associated test certification folders.
