Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Doctor to join our medical team. The successful candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage patients with musculoskeletal disorders, including conditions affecting the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and spine. The physician will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to the standards and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

-Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic conditions and injuries.
-Develop individualized treatment plans, including medications, physical therapy, and surgical interventions when appropriate.
-Perform orthopedic procedures and surgeries within the physician's scope of practice.
-Interpret X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and other diagnostic imaging.
-Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
-Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
-Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options, rehabilitation, and preventive care.
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
-Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
-Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing medical education, and departmental meetings.
-Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH), CBAHI, and hospital regulations.


Qualifications:

-Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree.
-Board Certification or equivalent specialization
-Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration and classification, or eligibility to obtain one.
-Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
-Minimum of 2–5 years of clinical experience in Orthopedics (preferred).
-Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and clinical decision-making skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
