We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support physicians during patient treatment, and ensure the safety and well-being of patients while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
-Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
-Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
-Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
-Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
-Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
-Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health promotion.
-Ensure infection prevention and control protocols are followed.
-Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
-Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
-Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and ethical standards.
-Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH), CBAHI, and hospital regulations.
Qualifications
-Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
-Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Nursing License (Philippines).
-Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration and classification, or eligibility to obtain one.
-Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
-BLS Certification; ACLS certification is an advantage.
-Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
-Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
