We are looking for a Logistics Operation Specialist with hands-on experience in logistics operations, international shipping, and supply chain coordination.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
✅ 3–6 years of experience in Logistics Operations
✅ Strong understanding of Incoterms and international shipping processes
✅ Experience coordinating with logistics service providers and warehouse teams
✅ ERP system experience required
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Monitor logistics service providers' performance
✔ Track shipments and maintain accurate delivery status
✔ Process logistics invoices through the ERP system
✔ Coordinate material movement and delivery planning
✔ Work closely with warehouse teams for offloading arrangements
✔ Support Incoterm selection to ensure safe and timely deliveries
