Position: Research Technician
Key Responsibilities:
🌱 Support greenhouse and growth chamber operations
🧪 Conduct soil and plant sample analysis (pH, EC, nutrient composition)
🚜 Assist with field trials, irrigation systems, and agricultural research activities
📊 Maintain accurate experimental records and research documentation
🔬 Support laboratory operations, inventory management, and safety compliance
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Soil Science, Horticulture, or a related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in agricultural research support
✅ Experience with greenhouse/growth chamber operations and field trials
✅ Knowledge of soil and plant analysis techniques (pH, EC, nutrient analysis)
✅ Experience with irrigation systems and precision agriculture tools
✅ Strong organizational and documentation skills
✅ Valid driving license
✅ Good English communication skills
⭐ Experience in arid-land agriculture or biochar/soil amendment technologies is an advantage
